"Торт" с рикоттой (рецепт для пароварки)
Cake with ricotta (reciepe for steam cooker)

Ingredients (for two little portions):
- ricotta (150 g)
- 1 egg
- suger or better suger powder (a little)
- pinch of salt
- citron of half-lemon
- berries
- milled cinnamo
- mint leaves


Stages of cooking:
1) Put ricotta in form for baking, add sufer powder or suger, salt and egg

2) Mix it to homogeneous mass




3) Grate rind of lemon



4) Add citrone and milled cinnamon, mix all adn put in steam cooker


5) Bake 30 minutes. After cool and decorate with barries, cinnamon and mint
